Georgenstrasse 83

Munich – Maxvorstadt
Building Completion 2011

* Best Architects Award 2011

The property is situated in a prominent corner location in the upper middle class context of Maxvorstadt. The revitalisation of the building is distinguished by the skilful handling of first-class architecture and thus exemplifies a new culture of sustainability. The facade is deliberately different in expression and has been reformed as a modern counterpart to the historic neighbouring development. The old craftsmanship of structured rendering design is brought to life again in the traditional Munich Wilhelmenian style facades. Bronze coloured wood and metal windows and dark engobed roof tiles contribute to the high quality appearance.
